Payward is the parent company of Kraken and owns CF Benchmarks, a provider of pricing indices used by BlackRock and CME Group for cryptocurrencies, stocks, bonds, commodities, and currencies. CF Benchmarks offers CFB Oracle, a digitally‑signed oracle service available on Ethereum, HyperEVM, and Robinhood Chain, intended to support on‑chain index funds, tokenized portfolios and derivatives. Payward plans to use CFB Oracle to supply pricing data for a regulatory‑pending U.S. perpetual futures product built on Hyperliquid’s technology. CF Benchmarks competes with Chainlink and Pyth while not executing trades itself. Payward holds a Federal Reserve limited‑purpose master account, has an e‑money license from the Central Bank of Ireland, applied for a U.S. national trust charter, and has expanded into Europe through acquisitions of Saldo Bank subsidiaries.
