XRP Ledger is the XRP network ledger, managing XRP transfers and the native token. Ripple runs RLUSD stablecoin on the ledger, now with 1 : 1 USD conversion. As of October 2026 Coinbase lists RLUSD across its retail, exchange and Prime platforms, offering 1:1 USD conversion on XRP Ledger, Ethereum, and Base. Each ledger transaction burns a small XRP fee, and the ledger requires a minimum reserve of 1 XRP per account. The ledger also supports tokenization, invoice financing and other financial services.
