Le Chonk
Le Chonk is the nickname for Mistral Large 4, a 1‑trillion‑parameter, natively multimodal open‑weight LLM released by Mistral in 2026. The model, also called ML4, has 52 billion active parameters and is trained from scratch on 3,800 NVIDIA Grace‑Blackwell GPUs in Mistral’s European data centers.
