Major industry shifts: February hires dropped 178 k in accommodation & food services and 88 k in construction; quits were unchanged at 3.0 million, while layoffs/discharges stayed at 1.7 million. Revisions: January separations revised 10 k down in federal government; February separations revised 16 k down in federal government.
